Terms & Condition

VKMA Innovations Pvt Ltd · Updated On June 2026

VKMA Innovations is the platform provider, not the seller. We are not the service provider, the recruiter, or the astrologer. We supply the digital marketplace that those parties use to reach you. Understanding this distinction is crucial, as it determines who is legally and practically responsible for each transaction you make.

By registering an account or executing a purchase as a guest, you accept these terms in full. They cover all aspects of the platform: the e-commerce store, multi-vendor marketplace, services directory, job listings, motor listings, astrology consultations, bill payments, and the VKMA Innovations mobile application.

To ensure transactional conflicts are dealt with caution and remain under strict vigilance, category-specific policies revolve around our structured Refund, Shipping, and Vendor Onboarding programs.

1. Definitions

  • Platform means the vkma.shop, the VKMA Innovations mobile application, and all connected digital services.
  • User means anyone who accesses the Platform, whether registered or visiting as a guest.
  • Vendor includes sellers, service providers, recruiters, astrologers, motor dealers, and any other third party with a live listing on the Platform.
  • Transaction means any purchase, booking, consultation, job application, or payment cleared through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Users must be 18 years or older, adhering to government welfare rules, child labor laws, and related statutes. Minors may only use the platform under the proper vigilance of parents or legal guardians who accept these lawful terms, prioritize their well-being, and provide all necessary information for account creation.

Registration demands accurate details. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether initiated by you or someone you allowed access to. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported to the vkma.shop immediately. Users are highly advised to actively monitor their accounts and act according to the demands of the situation, rather than acting purely on instinct.

3. What VKMA Innovations Does and Does Not Do

VKMA Innovations builds the infrastructure for users and vendors to transact safely. We do not engage in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or product shipping. We do not deliver services, conduct consultations, or fill job vacancies. That is entirely the vendor's responsibility.

Before going live, we thoroughly review vendor listings, product descriptions, pricing trends, and local market availability. While our pre-launch review process is highly detailed, we cannot physically verify, optimize, or continuously audit every claim a vendor makes. Therefore, disputes regarding discrepancies between what was promised and what arrived must go through our official Complaint Dealing Policy.

Statutory compliance, GST registration, professional licensing, and consumer protection mandates are solely the vendor's burden. Proof of compliance is required to list, and we remove vendors who fail to maintain it. However, we do not operate as a legal regulator for every specific category on the Platform.

4. User Conduct

Good-faith transactions are our baseline expectation. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited, with no exceptions:

Financial Misconduct

  • Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained products or payment credentials.
  • Initiating chargebacks or refund claims for goods that were actually received and accepted.
  • Exploiting the Platform to move funds originating from unlawful sources.
  • Operating multiple accounts to abuse discounts, referral schemes, or cashback offers.
  • Intentionally returning used or damaged goods while providing a false description of their return condition.

Platform and System Integrity

  • Gaining unauthorized access to our servers or compromising another user's account.
  • Uploading malware, destructive code, or programs that disrupt platform operations.
  • Employing unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated data tools without written consent from VKMA Innovations.

Listings and Content

  • Posting reviews or ratings that are not based on a genuine, completed transaction.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, age, or professional credentials in any listing or job application.
  • Distributing pirated, copyrighted, or legally restricted material across the Platform.
  • Creating a new account to circumvent enforcement following a prior suspension.

Prohibited Goods and Behavior

  • Attempting to buy, list, or facilitate transactions involving weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods, wildlife products, or any suspicious items banned under Indian law.
  • Falsifying your age to purchase age-restricted products, alcohol, tobacco, adult items, or regulated pharmaceuticals.
  • Engaging in user, vendor, or browser-based abuse, threats, or harassment directed at other users, vendors, support staff, or delivery personnel.

-Violations are immediately judged as "accounts of violation" and will surely trigger suspension without prior notice. Financial fraud and identity theft are swiftly reported to law enforcement. Appeals may be sent to contactus@vkma.shop, but not all suspensions are reversible.

5. Vendor Obligations

Simply registering does not satisfy a vendor's obligations. The following requirements apply as soon as a listing goes live:

  • Valid business registrations, GST compliance, and category-specific professional licenses must be actively maintained and available for review upon request.
  • You must only list items you are legally permitted to sell. Listing a "restricted product" will lead to fast, lawful removal.
  • Delivered products must precisely match the stated pricing, availability, and descriptions. Any discrepancies are treated as vendor violations.
  • Warranties, statutory returns, post-sale duties, and after-service support sit entirely with the vendor; they do not transfer to VKMA Innovations.
  • The timelines regarding bidding, cancellation, and refunds stated in the vendor agreement are mandatory requirements, not advisory guidelines.
  • All "Customer disputes" must be handled using our 4L customer dealing system at all times to guarantee a quick remedy.

-Vendors found with repeated, intentionally unresolved, or failed compliance checks, or those with misrepresented listings, will be suspended, and lawful actions will be taken for the benefit of consumers. Serious breaches lead to permanent removal. In cases of consumer fraud, VKMA Innovations will contact the necessary protection authorities and deal with the vendor in strictly legal terms without delay, as this is a matter of top priority.

6. Payments

VKMA Innovations commits to never storing sensitive financial details—such as card numbers, CVV codes, UPI IDs, or wallet credentials—within any actions processed by our payment module. Every payment relies on our trusted, highly acknowledged Third-Party Gateways, which are fully PCI-DSS certified and operate strictly under RBI guidelines for digital transactions.

Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking are universally accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported by select vendors. The vendor dictates whether COD is offered and if a surcharge applies, and this will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm an order.

-Vendor transactions may incur a platform fee or commission. This is explicitly disclosed in the Vendor Agreement and does not alter the price the user pays at checkout.

Protecting your OTP, UPI PIN, and payment credentials is your responsibility. VKMA Innovations will never ask for them. We hold no liability for unauthorized transactions resulting from a user sharing their credentials with a third party.

7. Cancellations

Users: Cancellations made within the final 24 hours prior to a scheduled delivery or service will not be eligible for a full refund if an advance payment was collected. No refunds are issued within this 24-hour window. Not showing up or failing to provide access for a booked service constitutes a "no-show," and the full service charge will apply.

Vendors: Vendors who cannot fulfill a scheduled booking must provide notification 24 hours beforehand. Canceling without prior notice carries rigorous penalties under "The Vendor Agreement." Two or more occurrences within a rolling 90-day period will trigger massive reviews, often resulting in imminent account suspension.

Category-specific cancellation rules for motors, property, astrology, and job listings can be found on the relevant policy pages on the Platform.

8. Refunds

Full Refund: A full refund applies in exactly two situations: the vendor failed to deliver entirely, or the item delivered did not match the listing in a material way (e.g., a different product, missing components, or an unperformed service).

Partial Refund: When only part of an order was undelivered or arrived damaged, a partial refund may be authorized. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis under the Refund Policy, without a fixed mathematical formula.

Non-Refundable Categories: The following items are strictly non-refundable once delivered, regardless of the reason:

  • Perishables, food, dairy, meat, seafood, flowers, and grocery consumables.
  • Personal hygiene products: innerwear, swimwear, hosiery, razors, and sanitary items.
  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and hair products.
  • Baby food, formula, and infant hygiene consumables.
  • Customized or made-to-order items, gift cards, vouchers, and digital downloads.
  • Medicines and healthcare products (except where a statutory return right exists).
  • Hazardous materials, batteries, and chemical supplies.
  • Seasonal items, clearance stock, and any products marked ‘final sale’ at purchase.

-The list of non-refundable items extends beyond the examples provided above. If refundability is not mentioned in the item's description, it must be verified through our customer care service before purchasing. Approved refunds are routed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Disputes must be filed within 48 hours of delivery or service completion. Full details are on the Return & Refund Policy page.

9. Intellectual Property

The VKMA Innovations brand name, logo, interface design, original product photography, and written platform content are owned by or licensed to VKMA Innovations. They are legally protected under Indian intellectual property law.

While vendors maintain ownership of their personal listing content, they grant VKMA Innovations a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform for the duration of their registration. That license terminates when the listing is removed or the vendor's account is officially closed.

Using Platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from VKMA Innovations is a direct breach of these terms, and legal proceedings will apply.

10. Liability

In the event of a dispute, VKMA Innovation's liability is strictly capped at the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We hold no liability for lost income, data loss, missed opportunities, or downstream consequences of a failed transaction.

We are not liable for a vendor's conduct, product quality, or service fulfillment. However, we operate a complaints process precisely because vendor failures happen, and we act on them. A vendor with a repeated pattern of failures does not stay on the Platform.

11. Force Majeure

VKMA Innovations is not liable for service failures resulting from events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government lockdown orders, infrastructure outages, pandemics, labor strikes, or acts of war. Our operational obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. We will communicate with users if a disruption materially affects an active transaction and will resume normal operations as soon as conditions allow.

12. Dispute Resolution

We ask that you start with us. Most disputes are effectively resolved at the support stage. Write to contactus@vkma.shop or call +91-9892822889 to give us the chance to fix the problem before escalating.

If direct resolution does not produce an outcome, the matter moves to mediation. Understanding that mediation can fail, remaining disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration is Kolkata, and the selected language for proceedings will be English for the betterment and clarity of all people concerned.

These terms are governed strictly by Indian law. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, hold exclusive jurisdiction over any matters that escalate beyond arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We revise these terms when our operations change or when the law requires it. The effective date at the top reflects the last substantive revision. Minor wording corrections do not trigger a new user notification. Any changes that materially affect user rights will be communicated to registered users before taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, please close your account before the effective date.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms without prior warning, especially if the breach involves fraud, identity theft, or conduct that puts other users at risk. Vendors found in serious breach may also face direct referral to consumer protection authorities.

Users wishing to terminate their accounts can submit requests to the vkma.shop. The handling of data after termination is fully covered in our Privacy Policy.
